All New 2024 Acura ILX Specs, Interior, Review – An attempt was made to polish Acura’s range by recently introducing a new 2024 TLX and its sportier Type S model. In addition to the TLX and the NSX, a leaked Acura dealership webinar reveals that through 2024, Acura has great plans for its Type S treatment and the rest of its vehicle lineup. You can’t miss it. In the “2024” timeframe, a sporty Type S trim level will be available on a new small car.
When it appears as if the new car will be a late 2024 or 2024 model, we can only speculate what it will be like. Assuming that this is a replacement for Acura’s Honda Civic-based ILX, why doesn’t Acura refer to it as “ILX” in the document like it maintains the MDX name for its redesigned 2024 large three-row crossover (which, we should point out, also will be offered as Type S when it arrives sometimes in these next year or so)?
The ILX-sized vehicle that isn’t an ILX? Is this the new Integra? We’d love that, but we’re even more thrilled that a Type S version of this next-generation compact sedan is in the works.

“Since the introduction of the second-generation NSX, we’ve repeatedly stated Acura’s dedication to Precision Crafted Performance. Although this presentation is meant for Acura dealers and is not comprehensive or conclusive, it shows that we expect to deliver on that brand promise, step-by-step, starting with the 2024 model TLX.”
So, that’s not a big reveal. Though it’s impossible to know if this document is accurate, it shows that the NSX supercar will continue to be produced for at least the next two model seasons. Notably, there’s no Type S version of the RDX compact crossover, which is a pity, as it’s one of the most popular models in the brand’s line. The only drivetrain available is a 201-horsepower four-cylinder engine paired to an eight-speed automated transmission. Despite its lack of speed, the ILX exudes a charm that brings to mind older Honda and Acura sedans with their VTEC engines. When traveling at highway speeds, road and wind noise are more intrusive than in rivals like the Audi A3 or Mercedes-Benz A-class, but this is expected. In any case, even in the tiniest Acura car, the brake pedal feedback is superb. All New 2024 Acura ILX Specs
Around $27,000 to $32,000 is what you can expect. It’s hard to find a better price on a luxury subcompact vehicle in 2024 than the ILX. We believe that value is maximized with the optional Premium and Technology packages. ELS audio, leather upholstery, enhanced infotainment features, and more driver aids are just a few of the highlights of both models. Even if the A-Spec package gives improved performance, the kit’s upgrades are merely cosmetic and aren’t worth the money spent. All New 2024 Acura ILX Specs
Acura ILX’s interior is spacious for the driver and front passenger, but it’s tight for those in the back. A sunroof, heated sport seats with power adjustments for the driver, and automatic climate control are all included as standard equipment. In contrast to the A-class modern-looking touchscreens, its dashboard appears archaic. This sedan’s trunk is large enough to justify its subcompact classification despite its lack of internal cubby storage space compared to the Civic’s. All New 2024 Acura ILX Specs
With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, an 8.0-inch touch screen is included in all A-trim Spec’s levels except for the base model, which does not have this feature. Due to its antiquated graphics and lack of user-friendly menu options, Acura’s dual-screen arrangement is out-of-date compared to its more modern competitors.
